Frequently asked questions

When will my order be shipped?

We do postage every day! For readystock items, orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. This applies to both local and international postage. However, exceptions do apply for pre-orders, which will be listed in the product description of the pre-order item.

how do i track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and the courier used for your order.

Please take note that tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in the system. If you need further assistance with tracking the status of your order, please reach out to us at theaurha@gmail.com

How does the sizing work?

To find out how an item fits, please refer to the size guide in the description of each product. Most of our products have a modest fit and might be categorised by length (especially for abayas)!

what is the return/exchange policy?

Please take note that all sales are FINAL with the exception of manufacturing defects. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached. We will then process an exchange or store credit within 1-2 weeks of the request being approved. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

i made a mistake with my order, how do i change it?

Please email theaurha@gmail.com as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please include your order number and the details you'd like to update in your message.

do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship globally via local and international shipping carriers. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be able to see the final shipping rates upon making payment for your order.

Personalisation & Product Care

my order is a gift, can i add a wish card?

Yes, of course! We offer complimentary wish cards free of charge! All you have to do is add a note during the final order page that you'd like a wish card to be included in the order. It can be included as a blank card for you to personalise or your own or we can hand write a message on your behalf. Do keep it short and sweet as line spacing is limited.

is there an option to add gift packaging?

Fun fact: all our website orders come with complimentary gift packaging. We believe that buying garments that truly complement your inner "aurha" is the best form of self-care that is best served in nicely wrapped packaging!

Where is your product made?

We work with talented tailors, artisans and other creatives to design and produce every piece of garment in Malaysia to support both local talents and the local economy.

how do i care for my garments?

We strive to provide you with high-quality pieces that will last you a lifetime. As a rule of thumb, hand washing in cold water is always the best way to maintain the longevity of your garments. If you must use a washing machine, use a wash bag to protect your clothes better.
